Goshen Stone Wall 1st Phase
A unique development is currently under construction on Golden Hill Road in Lee, MA. Dubbed Erskine Park, the development consists of a grouping of estates modeled after the architecture of the Cottage Era of the Berkshires.
Dry stacked Goshen stone walls are currently under construction along the roadway adjacent to the Carriage House. The stonewalls are purposely being built to look rustic and weathered, as if they have been in place since the era of the architectural design. The overall design for the landscaping includes extensive plantings, a paver patio, paver walkways, and granite front steps. Outdoor low voltage lighting is being designed and will be installed to highlight the exterior of the home, as well as to highlight certain trees and shrubs in the plantings.
Allenby Tree Movers has installed approximately 90 mature Fir trees along the perimeter of the property to act as screening from the neighboring homes. We have installed numerous Hemlocks and Rhododendrons to complete the screening effect. We have installed an automatic drip irrigation system to take care of the trees and shrubs. An automated irrigation system will be installed to water the lawn areas as well.
